In Kuwait in Abdullah Al-Salem city in a high-class residential area and low population density MAC team design modern villa plot area 1000 m2 and 3000 m2 built up area distributed over 3 levels and basement , the villa is impressive-and different , facades contain grey panels and contrast white walls intersects with each other to ensure a high amount of privacy,while a variety of windows create a seamless indoor-outdoor transition and flood the house in natural light. ,infront of the villa there is a larg garden that was a reason to make a green space, enriched by comfortable outdoor furniture. The living and dining area perfectly connect with this inner garden, creating a welcoming social zone. As you can easily notice, MAC team relies on modern, clean lines while they designed this villa in Kuwait in Meshrif City whith our client Mr Ali Al-Sayeg, plot area 750 m2 ,built up area 1470 m2 distributed over 3 levels ,its a spectacular contemporary villa with beatiful materials , curtain walls thats allow the natural light to pass through it .
