Rennovation of the existing building for the administrational facility of multi sub companies, the rennovation includes the development of the exterior and interior spaces.Plot dimensions 75x75 m in Dajeej city , Kuwait The square shaped land parcel was a design challenge since it’s preffered to have the building in a linear shape to easily distribute the different managements along a spine or other main element relating them, which couldn’t be fulfilled, so a design desicion was made to divide the departments into different semi-isolated portions according to the brand (i.e: KFC, Pizza Hut, ..) and arranging these portions according to a relation matrix determining which brands should be adhasent and which aren’t necessary to be close.21
